You meant to say that, while you are transferring your balance via net banking, transaction failed due to Server Down ?
If yes, Then Email to regional manager of both banks regarding transaction failure.. and carry all the records you have of your net banking account..
If the bank did not help you then fire a consumer court case against them.. This will surely help you :)
